Privacy policy.

Last updated: March 2026

This policy describes how Terce ("we", "us", "the service") handles information in connection with use of terce.io. Terce is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We do not hold funds, create user accounts, or collect identity information.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the exchange service.

Transaction data. When you initiate an exchange, we record the source asset, destination asset, send amount, destination wallet address, and exchange ID. This information is necessary to route and complete your transaction. It is retained for operational and compliance purposes.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how users interact with our site. These services collect information including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and general geographic region derived from IP address. This data is collected under Google's terms and privacy policy. We use it solely to measure and improve site performance. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to site improvement.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government-issued identification, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. How we use information

Transaction data is used to process your exchange, detect and investigate errors or suspicious activity, and maintain records required by our AML risk policy.

Analytics data is used to understand traffic patterns, identify technical issues, and improve the site. It is not used to identify individual users or associate site visits with exchange transactions.

3. Third-party services

Exchange routing. Terce uses third-party infrastructure to source rates and route exchanges. This infrastructure receives the wallet addresses and asset amounts necessary to complete your transaction. No identity information is shared because none is collected. We do not name specific providers in this policy as our infrastructure may change. All providers operate under terms that restrict use of transaction data to exchange processing only.

Analytics. Google Analytics and Google Search Console are operated by Google LLC. Google's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy at google.com/policies/privacy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose other than exchange processing.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only to the extent required by Google Analytics. These are analytics cookies used to distinguish users and sessions for measurement purposes. No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

5. Data retention

Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years for AML compliance purposes. Analytics data is subject to Google's retention policies.

6. Your rights

Because we collect no personally identifiable information, most privacy rights frameworks are not directly applicable to Terce's own data collection. For data held by Google Analytics, you may exercise rights through Google's privacy tools.

If you have a question about a specific transaction record, contact us with your exchange ID. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Terce is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, do not use this service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact
